These terms and conditions expresses the full and complete agreement between the named parties (Client) and Zyn Images regarding the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior agreements. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. The parties agree that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement and that they have not relied on any other representations.

The Client agrees and understands that the photographer are limited by the guidelines of the site / venue. The client agrees to accept the photographs that Zyn Images take may be restricted or limited by those guidelines. It is the client’s sole responsibility to negotiate with the officials for moderation of guidelines.

The copyright of photographs / image files produced by Zyn Images remain the property of Zyn Images. Upon final payment by the Client, the Client is granted limited license to use and display resulting images for personal use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of Zyn Images and permission cannot be unreasonably withheld by Zyn Images. Client will receive high resolution images with printing rights, and may make copies and prints for personal use. If photograph images are published in the public domain Zyn Images must be acknowledged as the creator. The Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate Zyn Images prior to the Client, its associates, friends or relatives selling the photographs.

The Client hereby grants to Zyn Images and successors, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, attorneys, representatives and agents, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction. The Client hereby releases Zyn Images and all associates representatives and assigns from any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, expenses, and obligations of any kind arising from, or related in any manner to Zyn Images reasonable use of said images of the Client.

The Client agrees to pay Zyn Images $100 deposit at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit to secure the chosen session date and time. If the Client cancels or otherwise breaches this agreement, Zyn Images will retain the non-refundable deposit. The Client agrees to pay the balance of fees to Zyn Images in full, 5 business days following the date of the session.

Zyn Images will process and deliver digital images to the Client within 4 weeks for family and branding sessions and 6 weeks for events.
